Partners
Most of our customers came through a partner.
We sell direct as well, and anyone can start a free trial. But most delivery runs through partners: systems integrators delivering FieldPal inside programmes they already own, and ISVs embedding it in products of their own. Those are different relationships with different economics, and worth being specific about.
Two kinds of partner
They aren't the same relationship
Treating them as one is how partner programmes end up fitting neither. The distinction runs through commercials, delivery and who owns the customer.
-
Systems integrators
You are already delivering a programme (a rollout, a transformation, a managed service) and FieldPal is a component of it. You own the customer relationship, you scope and deliver the integration, and the services revenue is yours. This is where most of our partners sit today. What you need from us is enablement, a product that doesn't fight your delivery model, and straight answers about what it doesn't do.
-
Independent software vendors
You have a product of your own, and voice capture or grounded answers would make it materially better than building that capability yourself. Here FieldPal is the engine underneath your brand and your workflow. What you need is a clean interface, predictable behaviour, and confidence that we aren't going to appear alongside you in your own accounts.
Told apart
Two routes, and what holds for both
Route one
Systems integrator
- FieldPal is a component of a programme you already own
- You keep the customer relationship
- You scope, deliver and bill the integration
- We provide enablement and certification
- Where most of our partners sit today
Route two
Independent software vendor
- FieldPal is the engine underneath your product
- Your brand, your workflow, your customer
- Voice capture and grounded answers without building the stack
- Commercial terms for embedded use, not per-seat resale
- We don't appear alongside you in your own accounts
Common to both
Your deals stay yours
Where we are
Five partners across Europe and Africa. North America is open.
Partners are tiered by the depth of the relationship rather than by volume. Showing the gap beats implying coverage we don't have: if you deliver frontline or field service technology in the United States or Canada, that territory is open and we are actively looking for a partner to hold it.

Open, and we are recruiting
For systems integrators
What working with us looks like
The majority of our delivery runs through partners, so this is built around your model rather than bolted on to ours.
- You keep the customer relationship, and we never sell direct into a deal you brought us
- Integration and configuration services are yours to scope, deliver and bill
- Enablement and certification so your consultants can deliver without us in the room
- Direct access to our product team rather than a partner portal and a ticket queue
- Realistic scoping, including telling you when FieldPal is the wrong answer for a deal
For ISVs
Building FieldPal into your product
- Voice capture and grounded answers without building a speech and retrieval stack
- Your branding, your workflow, your customer, with FieldPal underneath
- Predictable behaviour and clear boundaries on what the platform will and won't do
- Commercial terms that work for embedded use rather than per-seat resale
Why partner-led
Because delivery shouldn't queue behind us
A small company that insists on delivering everything itself becomes the bottleneck in every engagement. Customers wait, partners lose margin, and the product gets blamed for both.
So we deliberately enable partners to deliver integration and support. It reaches customers, sectors and geographies that a direct delivery team would take years to touch, and it keeps the services revenue where the delivery work actually happens.
We sell direct too, and run a self-serve trial for anyone who wants to try FieldPal on their own documentation, because some customers want to buy that way. What we don't do is compete for a deal you brought us or are delivering. We aren't going to appear alongside you in your own accounts, which is the only version of this promise worth anything.
Tell us which kind of partner you are
The conversation is different depending on the answer, and it is the first thing worth establishing. If North America is your territory, it is open.
