- Does FieldPal work underground or with no connectivity?
- Recordings work underground; answers and forms don't yet. Voice notes and video save on the device and process back on the surface, and full offline working is being built. Tell us what coverage looks like at the face before a pilot.
- Can we keep our operational data separate from other customers?
- On the managed service it's kept separate from every other customer's data. If your security position needs the separation to be structural, a private segregated instance is available.
- Can we trial it on one site first?
