Pricing

We don't publish a price, and we'll tell you why.

There is a two-week free trial anyone can start. Beyond that, FieldPal is licensed per user per month with volume discounts. But what a deployment costs depends on how much documentation you have and how deeply it reaches into your systems, so a number on a page would be wrong for almost everyone reading it.

After the trial

What it looks like once you keep going

Start with the trial above, no sales call needed. This is what kicks in once you're ready to stay on.

  • Per person, per month

You pay for the people actually using it, monthly or annually, with a lower rate the more of you there are. Onboarding and getting your documentation in are part of that, not an extra.

  • Buy it direct, or through a partner

Either works. The price isn't the same through both routes, and we won't pretend it is.

  • Bigger work is billed separately

Deeper integration and larger training programmes are billed separately, by us or by a partner, rather than hidden inside the price.

What you are actually buying

One product. The subscription, the occasional extra work, and who delivers it.

Recurring

Licence, per person per month

  • Monthly or annual
  • Priced per person using it
  • Volume discounts at scale
  • Find, Capture, onboarding and documentation ingest all included

One-off

Bigger work, billed separately

  • Deeper integration into existing systems
  • Larger training and enablement programmes
  • Never hidden inside the licence fee

Route

Partner or direct

  • Through a partner
  • Or directly from us
  • Partner pricing differs from retail
  • Two-week trial either way, no card
What we can't put on a page is the size of the first one. It depends on how many technicians actually use it week to week, and what condition your documentation is in when it arrives.

What moves the number

What actually changes the price

If you want a realistic figure quickly, these are the questions we'll ask.

  • How many technicians will actually use it, week to week
  • How much documentation needs ingesting, and what condition it is in
  • How many languages it needs to work in
  • Whether you'll want it integrated with existing systems once that ships, and how many
  • Whether you deploy on your own devices or need wearables as well
  • Whether delivery runs through us or through a partner

What is included

Both halves of the platform, not two things to buy separately

Every licence includes both FieldPal Find and FieldPal Capture. We don't split answering and recording into separate products, because on a real job they are the same conversation.

Smaller teams can self-configure core features with minimal setup. Two-way integration with existing systems is in development; once it ships, larger enterprises will typically want it mapped into legacy systems, which is where professional services come in.

Common questions

Before you ask

Is there a free trial?
Yes, two weeks, and anyone can sign up. No sales call first, no procurement process. Point it at some of your own documentation and judge it on that rather than on a demo.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. A pilot with a handful of engineers on live jobs tells you more than any amount of evaluation, and it is how most of our deployments start.
What happens if nobody uses it?
Then it has failed, and we'd rather find that out in a pilot than a year into a contract. We measure seats actually used by named technicians on real jobs, not licences sold.
Do we need to buy hardware?
Not necessarily. FieldPal runs on the Android and iOS devices your technicians already carry, as well as industrial head-mounted wearables where both hands are on the work.
Who owns the data?
You do, contractually, regardless of who sold you the licence. Nothing you put in is visible to another customer.

Most people just start the trial

No sales call, no card, on your own documentation. Want a real number first instead? Tell us how many technicians, how much documentation and which systems, and we'll come back with a figure rather than a range.
