Nothing is tracked until you say yes
This site uses HubSpot to see which pages are useful and to follow up properly when you get in touch. Those cookies are only set if you accept them in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time.
The short version
Your choice, asked for first
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you're happy for us to use analytics cookies. If you decline, or simply ignore it, none are set, and the site works exactly the same either way.
If you accept, HubSpot records which pages you visit here. If you later book a call or send us your details, that history is linked to your enquiry, so the person you speak to knows what you've already read and doesn't start from scratch.
We don't use advertising cookies, and nothing on this site follows you around the web to show you adverts.

Names and lifetimes are HubSpot's and occasionally change; HubSpot's own cookie documentation has the current list.

Always: remembering your choice
__hs_cookie_cat_pref records which categories you accepted and __hs_opt_out records a refusal, so the banner doesn't ask again on every page. HubSpot's content delivery network may also set a short-lived security cookie, __cf_bm. These are strictly necessary.

Only if you accept: analytics
__hstc and hubspotutk recognise a returning browser, for up to six months, and let a later enquiry be linked to earlier visits. __hssc and __hssrc track the current session and expire when it ends.

Google Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google's font servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request. No cookie is set as a result, but it is a third-party request and you deserve to know about it.

YouTube, only if you press play
Pages with a video show a still image from this site until you press play. Only then does the player load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, and from that point YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the video.

Standard server logs
Our hosting records ordinary request logs, such as IP address, browser and page requested, for security and reliability. These aren't cookies and aren't used to build a profile of you.
Your control
Changing your mind
Use 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of any page to reopen the banner and change what you allowed. Withdrawing consent stops new analytics cookies being set from then on.
Every major browser also lets you block or clear cookies. The site doesn't depend on any analytics cookie to work, so blocking them changes nothing you'll notice.
