- FieldPal Find: spoken questions answered from your own manuals, bulletins and repair history, with the source named
- FieldPal Capture: structured records built from what the technician says, reviewed and approved before they are submitted
- Questions and answers in the technician's own language, whatever language the source document is in
- The Android app on Google Play, and RealWear head-mounted devices driven entirely by voice
- Offline recordings: voice notes and video saved on the device with no connection, then transcribed automatically once it is back online
- Scan fields that read QR codes, barcodes and printed text, including UK number plates, straight into a report
- Shared devices with ID card sign-in, for workers who have no company email address
- Report search by facet, CSV export, and admin corrections to submitted reports with a full edit history
In development
Being built now
- Two-way integration with Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, SharePoint, CMMS, parts and warranty systems, so records write back into the systems you already run
- Full offline working, so questions can be answered and forms completed with no connection at all
- General release of the iPhone app on the App Store, which is in beta through TestFlight today

Nothing under 'In development' comes with a delivery date on this page, because a date we might miss is worse than no date at all. If one of those items decides whether FieldPal works for you, ask where it stands and you'll get the current picture.
