Accessibility statement
We build for technicians who don't have a hand free for a screen. It would be a poor look to build a website that excludes people for other reasons, so here's where we stand, including what's currently wrong.
Our target
WCAG 2.2 Level AA
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA across this website. Accessibility is tested automatically on every change, at four screen widths, using axe-core as part of our build pipeline. A build that introduces a violation fails, with one exception: colour contrast, which is reported on every run but does not yet fail the build while the issue below is open.
This statement covers fieldpal.ai. The FieldPal platform itself is assessed separately; ask us for its current position if that matters to your procurement process.
What we have done
Measures in place
- Every page is keyboard navigable, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content
- Navigation menus work by click, hover and keyboard, not hover alone
- Interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels on touch layouts
- Body text doesn't drop below 14 pixels on mobile
- Wide tables scroll inside a labelled, keyboard-focusable region rather than forcing the page sideways
- Content reflows without horizontal scrolling from 390 pixels upward
- Motion is reduced automatically for visitors who ask their system for that

Colour contrast on brand orange
Our brand orange on the off-white background measures around 3.6:1, and white text on brand orange around 3.9:1. Both pass AA for large text and fail for normal text. This affects section labels and primary buttons across the site. It is a known and tracked issue awaiting a brand decision.

Placeholder imagery
Some product imagery is currently represented by placeholder blocks while real screenshots are prepared. These are decorative and carry text descriptions, but they aren't yet final content.
