Careers

Most AI is being built for people who already have it easy.

We build for technicians in plant rooms, under vehicles and on remote sites: people for whom a keyboard isn't an option and a wrong answer has consequences. It is a harder brief, and a more interesting one.

Where we will grow

The disciplines we expect to build out

We don't have any roles advertised at the moment. When we do hire, it will be in a small number of deliberate areas rather than broadly and hoping.

  • Software and applications

Engineers and product specialists accelerating platform development, user experience and enterprise integrations.

  • AI and machine learning

Engineers developing and optimising models for field conditions: latency, accuracy and cost under constraints most AI teams never encounter.

  • Go-to-market

People to grow channel partnerships, direct sales and customer success.

What it is like

Small team, real customers, unglamorous conditions

You'll spend time on plant floors and in workshops, because that is the only way to build this well. The feedback loop is a technician telling you, directly, that your thing didn't work with gloves on.

We're a small team, which means broad ownership and a short distance between a decision and its consequences. It also means trade-offs get said out loud rather than everything being called a priority.

If you want to work on AI that has to survive a workshop at eighty decibels, an accent the model has never heard, and a user who can't look at the screen, this is that job.

What we look for

The things that actually matter to us

  • You have built something real and watched people struggle to use it
  • You are comfortable being wrong quickly rather than right slowly
  • You can explain a technical trade-off to someone who doesn't share your background
  • You would rather ship something narrow that works than something broad that demos
  • You are interested in the industry, not just the technology

Tell us about yourself

There are no advertised roles right now, but small teams hire the right person before the right vacancy more often than you would think. If this sounds like your kind of work, we'd like to hear from you.
