FieldPal brings practical AI to the people who keep the world moving: technicians, operators and field teams. We are built by people who have spent their careers putting technology into the hands of frontline workers, and who know exactly how it fails.
Why we exist
The software assumed a desk. The work never had one.
Physical work happens in the real world: remote, hazardous, time-critical. The software meant to support it assumes desks, screens and a free pair of hands. That mismatch isn't a detail. It is why frontline technology has disappointed for twenty years.
Knowledge sits centralised, static and disconnected from the moment of need. Expertise is scarce and leaving faster than it can be replaced. Downtime rises, safety margins shrink, and organisations lose their grip on their most expensive operations.
The result isn't a lack of data. It is a failure to deliver the right guidance to the right person, at the right time, at the exact point it is required. That is the only problem FieldPal is trying to solve.

Users are encouraged to talk, not type. The experience is built to feel natural enough that adoption doesn't require a training programme behind it.

Answers come from your documentation and cite the document they came from. In safety-critical work, a confident guess is worse than no answer at all.

Nothing a customer uploads is ever visible to another. For many of the industries we serve, that is the first question and the last one.

FieldPal is the product. Sightline AI Ltd is the company behind it, based in Cambridge, England, working with customers and partners across the UK, mainland Europe and North America.
Our team has previously built and scaled frontline technology at RealWear, Microsoft, Avanade and Ubimax, which means we have seen, first hand, both what works on a plant floor and what gets quietly abandoned after the pilot.
