Install TestFlight
Apple's beta app, free from the App Store. If you already have it, skip straight to the next step.

Accept the invitation
Open the TestFlight link on the iPhone you want to use. It adds FieldPal to your available builds.

Sign in and start talking
Use your existing FieldPal account, or tell us and we’ll set one up with your documentation loaded.
Before you ask
Beta questions
- What does the beta cost?
- Nothing. The beta is free while we learn what breaks in the field. We’ll be clear well before that changes.
- Which devices are supported?
- Any iPhone running iOS 18 or later. iPad isn't supported in this build. Android isn't in beta at all, since it’s generally available on Google Play.
- Can I use it on my own documents?
- Yes, and that’s the version worth judging. Send us a set of manuals or bulletins and we’ll load them so you’re asking questions of your own material rather than ours.
- What happens to what I record?
- It stays yours. Beta data isn't shared across deployments and isn't used to train models for anyone else, the same commitment as the rest of the platform.
- How do I report a problem?
- Shake the device in TestFlight to send feedback with a screenshot attached, or email us directly. In a beta the awkward reports are the valuable ones.

It’s a beta, on a plant floor, in the rain. The reports we want are the awkward ones: the accent it missed, the term it invented, the job it couldn't follow.
