Warranty rework
Annual cost of diagnoses that turn out wrong: comebacks, rejected claims, and the labour spent doing the job a second time.

2.5 hrs
of paperwork removed per technician, per week
See it work
Not dictation, field by field. The technician opens the form by asking for it, describes the job in one go, and the details land wherever they belong, in any order. Change your mind halfway through, mumble a part number, or get a fact wrong, and the record keeps up.
A demonstration of spoken conversations completing paperwork. In one example, a technician says “Right, offside front's rattling under braking. Anti-roll bar drop link, ball joint's got play in it. Swapped it out and road tested.” and FieldPal fills in the complaint, cause and correction fields in the order it understands them rather than the order they appear on the form. The technician then corrects themselves (“Oh, hang on. It was the nearside, not the offside.”) and both the complaint and the correction are rewritten. Twenty such examples cycle at random, covering spoken corrections, validation challenges, speech recognition corrected from context, and several industries.
#1 Correction
The problem
Twenty years of judgement lives in your master technician's head, last month's fixes are buried in job cards nobody will reread, and the bulletin that explains the fault is on a PC across the workshop. FieldPal captures it while the work happens and hands it back at the ramp.

60%
Time lost to lookup
Of a shift can go on hunting for the right bulletin or torque spec in a legacy system instead of turning a spanner on the car in front of them.
99.7%
Compliance risk
Warranty auditors expect near-perfect consistency from manual write-ups. One failed audit can claw back more than a decade of software cost.
The platform
Technicians talk through the job. FieldPal structures the record and tags the vehicle before they take their gloves off, ready to review and approve.
Spoken at the vehicle
“Pack was throwing an isolation fault. Traced it to a chafed loom behind the nearside arch, replaced the section, retested, clear.”
Structured into the job record
Manuals, service bulletins and past repairs become one searchable memory with a citation on every answer.
Every entry is timestamped, attributed and export-ready, so audit prep stops being a project.
Retrieval scoped to the exact vehicle in front of the technician, not the model range.
Voice notes and video record in the pit with no signal and process once it’s back. Full offline working is next.
Vehicle history, variant and technician shape every response.
In development: will connect to Dynamics, ServiceNow and your parts and warranty systems.
How it works
01
Service bulletins, technical notes, manuals and repair history go in as they are. Nothing needs reformatting first.
02
A single workshop team runs live jobs through FieldPal while your service manager watches the output quality.

Customer story
“I just walked around the vehicle and said the tread depths, and it was all done. I just thought, this is brilliant. I am impressed by how quickly it listens and fills in the data.”
